Qualifications

• Proven experience managing, coaching or leading an SDR or outbound sales team.
• Strong understanding of prospecting, lead generation and sales development best practices.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
• Track record of improving team performance and developing sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Business Development Executives.
• Drive achievement of team KPIs and activity targets; monitor outreach and conversions.
• Develop prospecting strategies and improve lead quality in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates/forecasting to sales leadership.
