Flourish, a London-headquartered HR technology provider, seeks an SDR Manager to lead and scale its outbound pipeline. You will recruit, coach, and manage SDRs, build outbound processes, and align pipeline with revenue goals while partnering with sales and marketing leadership.

The role focuses on developing SDRs into quota-carrying reps, improving messaging and playbooks, and driving performance across the team. Hybrid/remote policy is under discussion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an SDR/BDR team in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of building outbound processes that hit pipeline targets.
• Strong coaching ability to develop SDRs into quota-carrying reps.
