Job summary

Furza in Manchester is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a small team of three SDRs, shaping outbound messaging, processes and people development. You’ll own the coaching, test ideas on calls, and build a scalable function with room to grow the team through intelligent leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching SDRs or sales development teams.
• Proven ability to drive outbound performance from activity to opportunities.
• Ability to provide practical coaching and improve outcomes.
• Experience in a complex B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach SDRs through reviews and development.
• Build a repeatable outbound approach with messaging and qualification.
• Translate technology proposition into buyer conversations.
• Improve meeting quality and conversion to opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen handovers.
• Volunteer to test ideas and train the team.
• Leverage data and AI to increase team effectiveness.
