School Support Worker

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £90 – 120 per day (Depending on hours and experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to start a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning. Person Specification
  • A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)

  • Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom routines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • A genuine passion for education and child development

  • A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Connex
