We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

The suitable applicants will undertake reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, in an efficient and friendly manner whilst providing effective and accurate general clerical and administrative support, including preparing correspondence, newsletters, notices and other materials, in a timely manner. The suitable applicants will distribute and collect documents, forms and receipt monies in accordance with Departmental procedures.

The suitable applicants will operate and maintain office equipment, including monitoring and ordering office consumables whilst inputting data and generating routine reports and other documents from school databases. The suitable applicants assist with the maintenance of school facilities, assets and resources, including reporting faults, organising repairs, assisting with stock takes and updating the asset and resources registers whilst supporting student‑related activities such as maintaining student attendance records, generating routine reports and correspondence related to absenteeism and assisting with student enrolment procedures. A strong knowledge of Compass, Resource Management (RM Billing) and student Information System (SIS) would be highly regarded.
