About the school

Outwood Academy Valley has 1500 students aged 11 to 16 and shares a Post 16 Centre, which has 500 students, with Outwood Academy Portland. The Post 16 Centre is just a two‑minute walk from the school. Both sites have excellent facilities providing a bright and motivational learning and working environment. About the role

We are seeking applications from committed individuals to work as Midday Supervisors within the Academy. As a Midday Supervisor, you will ensure the security, safety, well‑being and care of the children is maintained during the lunchtime period. You will also aim to promote the children’s social, emotional and physical development when outside the classroom.

The hours of this position are Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day / 10 hours per week, term‑time only. Proposed start: as soon as possible.
