Job summary

William Hulme's Grammar School (WHGS) invites applications for an IT Technician to join our ICT delivery team. You will provide first-line IT support to staff and students across WHGS and affiliated academies, ensuring systems run smoothly for teaching and administration.

We expect at least 2 years of busy IT support experience, self-motivation, and the ability to manage your own workload. Evening and occasional weekend work may be required; DBS clearance is mandatory in line with safeguarding

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy IT support role.
• Able to manage own workload and use initiative.
• Willing to work evenings and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and students to minimise disruption to teaching and administration.
• Support the operation, maintenance and repair of computers and related resources across WHGS and associated academies.
