Job summary

This permanent, full-time post includes on-site work with travel to other trust sites.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience in first/second line IT support.
• Commitment to safeguarding of pupils.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to service desk tickets within the agreed timeframes.
• Install, configure, commission and maintain systems to support the school.
• Monitor hardware state and perform basic repairs.
