Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Intune.
• Experience with Apple devices (iPad, MacBook) and Jamf.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL and CompTIA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across the school.
• Maintain core infrastructure and hardware/network services.
• Resolve incidents with onsite and remote support.
• Maintain site documentation and inventories.
