Job summary

Meadow Park School in Knowsley is seeking a motivated IT Technician to manage and maintain the school's curriculum network and provide first line IT support to pupils and staff. You will lead on whole-school IT systems to ensure they operate at optimum level.

The role requires hands-on fault diagnosis, Active Directory management, and administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with duties including asset registers and MIS support (Arbor).

Qualifications

• Be the point of contact for staff technical issues, recording all jobs and prioritising tasks accordingly.
• Detect, diagnose and resolve PC, laptop, tablet, printer and peripheral faults.
• Manage the school's Active Directory and key services (DHCP/DNS/Group Policy/Print Services).
• Develop a maintenance/refresh schedule for IT equipment.
• Support the Arbor MIS system and maintain asset & disposal registers.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.

Responsibilities
