Job summary

hireful is seeking an ICT Technician/IT Support Technician to join our education IT service team in the Burnham (Slough) area. You will be the go-to expert for schools, managing IT systems, solving technical problems, and installing hardware and software to support teaching and learning.

The role requires IT support experience, preferably in a school or academy setting, and hands-on work with servers, networks, and cloud platforms such as Office 365 and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support.
• Experience in school/academy environments preferred.
• Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment including servers, software, networks, hardware and telephony.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class IT support to schools and education settings.
• Manage IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems quickly.
