Job summary

Sheffield Springs Academy is seeking an experienced IT Technician to deliver prompt and efficient IT support to all staff. The role will involve working primarily at the academy while also providing support to other local academies within the Yorkshire Cluster.

The successful candidate will join a team focused on reliable service delivery, strong communication, and a commitment to supporting students and staff across United Learning.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Technician or equivalent role.
• Ability to provide prompt and efficient IT support to staff.
• Willingness to work across academies within the Yorkshire Cluster.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support to all staff across the academy.
• Coordinate with colleagues to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support other local academies within the Yorkshire Cluster as needed.
