Job summary

Greenford High School is seeking a knowledgeable ICT Technician to support its IT services for students and staff. You will work with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and on-site hardware to ensure reliable IT delivery.

The role involves helping users, setting up AV for events, and maintaining asset registers, with opportunities for CPD and progression in a large, campus-style environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows software and IT support in education
• Experience with helpdesk and user support
• Familiar with AD/Google Workspace administration
• Ability to maintain IT assets and documentation

Responsibilities

• Answer helpdesk calls and manage ticket queue
• Escalate complex requests to team members
• Set up AV equipment for assemblies and meetings
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Repair or replace damaged hardware
• Manage asset records and inventory
