Job summary

Hireful is seeking an ICT Technician/IT Support Technician to support schools in Oxfordshire, Thame and Aylesbury. You will manage IT systems, install hardware/software, and provide first-class customer service to educational institutions.

Ideal candidates have IT support experience (2nd line preferred), familiarity with Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks, and a passion for enabling teaching and learning through reliable technology.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support capacity; up to 2nd line would be great, but not essential.
• Experience working within a school, academy or college would be highly desirable.
• Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment (servers, software, networks, hardware, telephony).
• Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebook is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering a customer-facing first-class service.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert, managing IT systems and solving technical problems.
• Install, maintain and fix IT equipment, including servers, software and networks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to schools and staff.
• Act as the link between schools and the wider company to keep everyone connected.
