Turn IT on is seeking a Junior ICT Consultant to support one of our Oxford schools. The role involves maintaining IT hardware across sites, installing software, and delivering excellent customer service. A driving licence and access to a car are essential for travel around Oxfordshire.

You will work to improve ICT provisions and enable effective teaching through technology, with DBS checks typical for school-based roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ICT support or related role.
• Experience in education sector is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues across school sites.
• Install and update software across a network and maintain devices.
• Provide user support and resolve technical problems for students and staff.
