Job summary

Hireful is seeking an ICT Technician to support schools in the Oxfordshire & Bucks region, including Aylesbury, Thame and Oxford. You will manage IT systems, install hardware and software, and deliver a high level of customer service to education clients.

Experience in an IT Support role within schools or academies is highly desirable, with preference for up to 2nd line support and familiarity with Office 365, Google Workspace, and Chromebooks.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, ideally 2nd line.
• Experience in school/academy environment preferred.
• Experience installing, maintaining IT equipment including hardware, software, networks, and telephony.
• Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems for schools and resolve technical issues.
• Install and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Support Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks.
• Act as the link between schools and the company, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Provide first-class customer service to schools.
