Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an IT Technician / IT Support Technician for a hybrid role in North-East London. The position offers a salary of £26,000 to £29,000 plus training, 34 days holiday, an enhanced pension scheme, career progression and additional benefits.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, assisting with hardware/software deployment, network issues and a mix of remote service desk and on-site work at Croydon.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, with hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment.
• Knowledge of networks.
• Experience in education sector is beneficial but not essential.
