You will oversee ticket flow, triage requests, prioritise workloads, and communicate clearly with teachers, students and staff. A friendly, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring an IT support team or small tech team.
• Strong ticket management skills: triage, prioritise, and update customers promptly.
• Hands-on support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking and school IT environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT support team to keep the helpdesk organized and efficient.
• Model professionalism, clear communication, ownership, and proactive ticket management.
• Own ad hoc IT projects from initiation to completion with clear planning and delivery.
• Report to the Managing Director and coordinate with the Operations Manager on ticket triage and progression.
