The position offers home working, remote support and onsite visits to schools, with responsibilities spanning hardware, software, networking and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring an IT support team.
• Strong ticket management and prioritisation skills with timely updates.
• Hands-on support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking and school IT environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical users.
• Calm, proactive and able to manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for ticket management and day-to-day support delivery.
• Lead by example with professionalism, communication and proactive ticket handling.
• Own ad hoc IT projects from initiation to completion with clear planning.
• Report to MD and work with Operations Manager to triage, progress and respond to tickets.
