Job summary

Transforming Learning Group Ltd, trading under turn IT on, is seeking a Junior ICT Consultant to support one of the schools in High Wycombe. You will maintain IT hardware and services across sites and help raise ICT standards to support teaching and learning.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with at least 2 years in ICT/2nd line support, strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICT/2nd line support experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues impacting the school's operations with robust solutions
• Install or repair computers with standardised apps and networking software
• Provide desktop support for networked devices (PCs, iPads, printers, AV equipment) and upgrade installations
