Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in an IT environment.
• Experience with relevant software, hardware and networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to communicate confidently with staff and students at all levels.
