Qualifications

• 2+ years’ similar experience ideally within education.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High level knowledge of common user applications and Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Settle and manage technical issues that impact operations by providing efficient technical solutions.
• Installation / repair of computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing, and solving problems that come about in their operations.
• Complete a wide range of technical duties related to the computer network and desktop services, firstly in connection with existing installations and upgrading of these installations.
