Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for a prestigious Birmingham site. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time operation with a 46 week contract, offering a salary of £37,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team and daily production & service across the site.
• Manage the client budget and the company annual budget.
• Develop and implement dining and hospitality facilities to high standards.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual Profit & Loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with TF policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintain service standards and cleanliness across dining areas.
