Thomas Franks is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our catering operation in Hindhead. The role covers day-to-day production, staff dining, and hospitality across the site, with term-time hours and a 42-week year.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday with some Saturday work and you will manage budgets and ensure excellent food standards. You will lead a kitchen team, develop menus, monitor quality and service, and work closely with the operations manager to deliver outstanding
