Job description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead the business operations of our school. This is a key role on our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for finance, human resources, and strategic resources, as well as supporting the wider strategic direction of the school. You'll take the lead on financial planning and management, ensuring resources are used effectively to support learning and school improvement. You'll manage the business support team and work closely with the Headteacher and other leaders to deliver strategic change.
