Job summary

Mallusk Integrated Primary School is seeking a Building Supervisor (with supervision) to provide on-site supervision, cleaning and related services under the direction of the principal. Qualifications

• Minimum six months’ demonstrable experience as an assistant building supervisor, building supervisor, caretaker or cleaner in a school environment.
• Experience supervising staff is essential.
• Be prepared to respond to call outs as a key holder, including unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of premises, doors, windows and alarms.
• Open/close premises, monitor CCTV, report faults to line manager.
• Plan and supervise cleaning staff to meet Education Authority standards.
