Education Authority (Northern Ireland) invites applications for a Building Supervisor responsible for security, cleaning and general Premises maintenance in schools. You will open/close sites, manage cleaning crews and ensure safety procedures are followed.

This role requires a reasonable proven experience in caretaking or facilities, awareness of health and safety, and ability to work as part of a team. It is on-site, with duties across school premises and associated facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic premise and building maintenance.
• Health and Safety regulations and requirements relevant to the role.
• Manual Handling regulations.
• Use of security systems.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the premises and grounds daily.
• Ensure doors and windows are secured at day end.
• Operate security camera systems and alarms.
• Monitor and report faults in security and safety systems.
• Plan, organise and control cleaning operations to standards.
• Prepare reports on cleaning and premises and maintain records.
