Qualifications

• Have a minimum of six months’ demonstrable experience working as an assistant building supervisor and/or building supervisor and/or caretaker and/or cleaner in a school environment
• As a key holder, be prepared to respond to call outs at short notice, including during unsociable hours
• The requirements of a School Building Supervisor (with no supervision), Health and Safety regulations and requirements relevant to the role, Manual Handling regulations, Use of security systems

Responsibilities

• Security of the premises and its contents.
• Open and close the premises and grounds and ensure doors, gates and windows are secured daily.
• Operate and monitor security cameras and building security systems; report faults.
