Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and external agencies, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and support with data entry into the school’s management systems.
  • Assist with attendance monitoring, including liaising with parents and staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior leaders, teaching staff, and other departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and school communications.
