The role involves supporting the administrative tasks of the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring a welcoming environment for pupils, parents, and staff. The school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly organised School Administrator to join their vibrant and forward‑thinking MAT. It would be highly beneficial if you can speak Urdu, Mirpuri, or Punjabi, as our school serves a diverse, multilingual community. This skill will help the school strengthen communication and engagement with families and ensure inclusivity across our school community.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and visitors. You will be flexible, able to cope with and work well within a team and independently.
As School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school office and in providing exceptional administration and support to the Senior Leadership Team and the wider school community.
This is a full‑time role to start as soon as possible, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, a 45‑minute lunch break, and is a Grade 2 position. Ability speak Urdu, Mirpuri, or Punjabi is highly beneficial but not essential.
