A prominent modern university in Glasgow is seeking a part-time School Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to academics and students. The successful candidate will manage admissions, student records, and assist with assessment boards. Required skills include strong communication, time management, and intermediate IT skills. The University of West of Scotland has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the School of Health and Life Sciences as a School Administrator.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day administration of the School by providing high level administrative support to academics and students. This includes support for admissions, enrolment, CRN creation and maintenance, student record maintenance, School Assessment Boards, exam preparation and disability support. In addition, School Administrators may be required to cover School reception duties and are responsible for answering general School email accounts.
This post will be based at the Lanarkshire or Paisley Campus, however, the School Administrator will be required to work at any UWS campus or location from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
