Job summary

Build Recruitment are seeking a Planner / Scheduler in Bristol to join a social housing repairs team. This temp-to-perm role involves coordinating tenants and trades, arranging visits, and ensuring repairs meet deadlines.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, input data into Excel and in-house systems, and review works with tenants. Experience in repairs/maintenance is advantageous, and the office offers a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Our client, who specialises in the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join their team in Bristol. Previous experience of working within repairs and maintenance would be beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly office and team, with the role offering temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate.

Day to Day:

• Arranging appointments with tenants and trades to visit properties and carry out repairs

• Making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls to resolve enquiries

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
