Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a well-established organisation in Hutton on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves coordinating repairs, scheduling works, and managing operative diaries, with a focus on delivering within SLAs and customer updates.

You will liaise with operatives, subcontractors and internal teams, booking resident appointments and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Repairs Planner, Planner, Scheduler or similar.
• Experience within social housing, property services, repairs or maintenance is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks.
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Rate: Up to £19ph

Contract: Temp to Perm

The role will involve coordinating and scheduling repairs, managing operative diaries and ensuring works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
