Job summary

Build Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to join a social housing repairs team. The role is office-based, full-time, with temp-to-perm potential and a salary of £28,000 per year.

The successful candidate will arrange tenant and trades appointments, handle calls, enter data into Excel and in-house systems, review completed works with tenants and coordinate operatives to meet timescales.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience essential.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office programmes.
• Administration / customer service experience would be beneficial.
• Understanding of property maintenance would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Our client, who specialises in the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join their team in Bristol. Previous experience of working within repairs and maintenance would be beneficial.

Day to Day

• Arranging appointments with tenants and trades to visit properties and carry out repairs
• Making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls to resolve enquiries
• Inputting information onto Excel spreadsheets and in-house systems
• Reviewing works completed over the phone with tenants
