Your Role
  • Execute user engagement activities across the account portfolio including onboarding new users, conducting usage training, and driving platform adoption.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and use case coaching to drive deeper platform utilization while positioning Connect (APIs) and Statista Plus (market research) solutions based on client needs.
  • Maintain healthy account relationships, ensuring account health and product adoption through regular touchpoints and value demonstrations, serving as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop account strategies that balance retention priorities with growth opportunities.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities including user growth and product add-ons and drive annual renewals through proactive engagement, product usage coaching, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complex solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain clean Salesforce hygiene and contribute to accurate forecasting and revenue planning.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on account performance data and usage analytics.
  • Support territory planning and market analysis to optimize account coverage strategies.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 1-2 years in account management, customer success, or client strategy (ideally within SaaS digital platforms, or data services).
  • Demonstrate strong customer lifecycle management, renewal and expansion track records with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both operational users and executive stakeholders.
  • Understanding of usage data and market metrics and can translate them into actionable insights.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Working collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable analyzing account performance metrics.
