A regional health board in Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to support the Domiciliary Allied Health Professionals. Key responsibilities include ensuring the administrative needs of the clinical team and patients are met. An opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join the AHP Administration Team within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership, supporting the Domiciliary Allied Health Professions based at City Hospital.
The post holder will work closely with administration colleagues, the Business Support Management Team, and Domiciliary Allied Health Professionals to ensure the administrative needs of the clinical team and patients accessing the service are met.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills, and will provide a confident, courteous, and friendly approach to patients and colleagues. Applicants should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, using initiative and sound judgment. A proactive and professional attitude is essential, and previous office experience within a healthcare environment is desirable.
Applicants must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi‑task, and the capacity to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Accuracy and confidentiality are key in this busy and varied role.
Interviews for this position will take place 15th January 2026.
