Job summary

ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking a SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect specialized in ITOM for a remote, three-month contract. You will develop infrastructure maps, deploy discovery tooling and contribute to CMDB accuracy across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.

You will work with stakeholders to share service maps, align ServiceNow offerings, and provide timely project updates, highlighting risks and dependencies for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• SC clearance required and must be eligible for SC clearance.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
• Ability to deploy and manage discovery tooling across cloud/on-premise environments.
• Stakeholder engagement and progress reporting to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure maps across Cloud, Crown, legacy or hybrid environments.
• Deploy and run discovery tooling to populate the CMDB in collaboration with Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share service maps and models.
• Align Technical Services and ServiceNow offerings; build Business Services.
• Provide updates to project management and status reports, flagging risks and dependencies.
