Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to lead design and delivery of ITOM capabilities in a large enterprise. This hybrid Preston role focuses on scalable, secure, maintainable solutions and technical governance.

You will drive architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management and Cloud Discovery, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and ensure successful outcomes within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with ITOM focus.
• Hands-on delivery experience across ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management).
• Strong governance, architecture leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• Define technical architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Cloud Discovery.
• Provide governance and technical assurance across delivery teams.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring/infrastructure tools.
• Support solution estimation, planning, and architectural approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and future-state roadmaps.
• Ensure CMDB design supports operations, visibility, and reporting needs.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Support client presentations, solution reviews, and bid activities as required.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities within a large-scale, complex enterprise environment.

This is a key architectural role where you will provide technical leadership across ServiceNow ITOM solutions, helping shape strategy, define architecture, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Strong expertise in:

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management principles.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.

Desirable Skills

• Operational Intelligence / AIOps experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• ServiceNow ITOM certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Experience working within regulated, secure, or defence environments.
