Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a supportive or customer focused environment.
• This post has a genuine occupational qualification under the Sex Discrimination Act, Section 7(2)b and 7(2)e.
• Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting will be required.

Responsibilities

• 1st point of contact for service users.
• Support process for service users and their families visiting the centre.
• Ensure high standard of DNA anticontamination is maintained.
• Assist patients and liaise with other agencies.
• Act as an advocate during the patient's time at the SARC.
