Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role covers EC configuration, time off, MDF objects, position management, workflows and HR data migration, with engagement across HR and IT stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, deliver scalable EC solutions, and ensure secure access control and robust HR processes across global deployments.

Qualifications

Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 2-3 end-to-end EC implementations.
Strong hands-on EC configuration across Foundation Objects, HRIS Elements, HRIS Sync and MDF.
Experience with Time Off, Absence Management, and RBP configuration.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, MDF Objects and Position Management.
Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
Design and maintain MDF Objects, configuration UI, data models and provisioning settings.
Configure Position Management including position types, org charts and code generation.
Develop workflows, alerts, business rules and employee documentation.
Manage EC security and system access, including RBP groups and country criteria.
Support EC Time Off and absence management across complex HR processes.
