Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role covers EC, Time Off, MDF objects, Position Management, workflows and HR data migration, with engagement across business and IT stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, deliver scalable EC solutions, and ensure security and RB P controls are in place across core HR data, workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a UK resident with valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows, and RBP.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, data models, provisioning settings and scheduled jobs.
• Configure Position Management with synchronization to jobs, org charts, and automated codes.
• Develop workflows, alerts, business rules, notifications and employee documentation.
• Manage Employee Central security and system access including RBP groups and country criteria.
• Support EC Time Off, absence management and event derivation across HR processes.
