Job summary

Focus on SAP seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role covers EC, Time Off, MDF, Position Management and RBPs, working with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

You will lead workshops, configure business rules and workflows, and ensure secure, compliant EC data management across core HR processes. This contract role emphasizes delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 2–3 end-to-end EC implementations.
• Strong hands-on EC configuration across Foundation Objects, HRIS Elements, HRIS Sync, MDF Objects and Dynamic Filters.
• Experience with EC Time Off and Absence Management, including time types and time profiles.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Rules and RBP.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EF EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, configuration UI, data models and provisioning settings.
• Configure Position Management and organisational charts, including automatic code generation.
• Develop workflows, alerts, business rules and notifications for HR process automation.
• Manage EC security and system access, including RBP groups and country-specific criteria.
• Support EC Time Off and absence management across complex HR processes.
