This is your opportunity to own complex SAP initiatives, champion continuous improvement and make a measurable impact across a global organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance and support SAP LE/MM/WM solutions that meet business needs.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day SAP operations, ensuring stability and data integrity.
  • Lead small / medium SAP projects across Europe, from design through delivery.
  • Configure SAP processes, prototype new functionality and create clear specifications.
  • Coordinate unit, integration and UAT testing across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, risk management and successful outcomes.
  • Guide and support team members, manage external vendors and streamline cross‑functional processes.
  • Drive system adoption through effective training and user support.
  • Review configurations for quality and integration alignment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support ongoing optimisation.
Qualifications
  • Extensive hands‑on SAP LE, MM and WM configuration experience.
  • Strong integration knowledge across SD, FI, CS, PM, WM, PP.
  • Expertise in warehouse management (Decentralised, lean, full WM).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, release strategies and iDoc management.
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics processes.
  • General Skills
    • Experience in complex, matrixed or international environments.
    • Solid project management and business analysis capabilities.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
    • Experience with unit, integration and UAT testing.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
    • Experience with Jira, Power BI and preferably S/4HANA.
    • Participation in at least two full SAP lifecycle implementations.
