Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Sales Administrator in the United Kingdom to join the order-to-cash team. You will process purchase orders, raise POs for third parties in SAP, manage stock and logistics, and liaise with commercial and sales teams.

You will deliver excellent customer service via phone and email, maintain CRM records, handle returns, and identify opportunities to promote additional products. The role offers 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, 30 hours possible, and a 12-month

Qualifications

• Experience in order-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication via phone and email.
• Proactive and able to solve problems.
• Experience using SAP for processing POs and orders.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the order-to-cash team.
• Process purchase orders and raise POs for third parties in SAP.
• Liaise with commercial and sales teams.
• Handle stock and logistics and fulfilment.
• Deliver excellent customer service via multiple channels.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
• Handle returns and refunds per policies.
• Escalate complex queries as needed.
