Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Sales Administrator for a Derbyshire-based global business. The role sits in the order-to-cash team, handling POs, SAP processing, stock and logistics, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will liaise with sales and commercial teams, maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues when needed. The position is initially 12 months, with potential for extension or permanence.

Qualifications

• Experience with order-to-cash processes and SAP is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, takes ownership and drives improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process POs and 3rd party POs in SAP.
• Coordinate fulfilment, stock and logistics.
• Maintain CRM records and handle returns/refunds.
