Overview:

We are seeking an SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Analyst to join our IT department's specialized SAP team. This team is responsible for supporting two SAP systems across divisions using a DevSecOps approach to change management.

The existing SAP GTS system in our Helicopters division requires immediate support. We are also preparing to roll out SAP GTS in the Electronics division, making this an excellent opportunity to join during this expansion.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support, design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to meet business objectives.
• Operate primarily as a remote worker, with up to 80% of time at home, and occasionally attend main sites (Luton, Basildon, Yeovil, Edinburgh, Southampton).
• Deliver projects from design to completion, ensuring business goals are achieved.
• Coordinate and supervise team activities as needed.
• Handle complex technical issues within the SAP GTS domain.
• Prioritize and manage work to meet SLAs for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support migration projects when required.
• Translate business requirements into solution frameworks and architectures.
• Work with business experts and technical teams to resolve incidents and problems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and obtain acceptance for deliverables.
• Ensure solutions adhere to internal and external standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP GTS Functional Analyst.
• Deep understanding of SAP GTS, with ability to analyze and implement system changes.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders as an SAP GTS Subject Matter Expert.
• Previous experience with SAP GTS implementation projects, including Greenfield deployments.
• Experience integrating SAP GTS with Customs Declaration Systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
