Summary

Works with clients and team members to gather and analyze business requirements for supporting and configuring the SAP GTS module, ideally with knowledge of SAP SD/MM/WM modules. Understands the business processes of the functional area and participates in configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP modules to align with business needs. Assists in problem identification and solution development.

Due to the nature of the account, candidates will need to hold or be eligible for Security Clearance. Criteria include being a British Citizen with no dual citizenships who has resided in the UK continuously for the last 5 years.

Essential Job Functions

• Gather and analyze user business requirements and processes. Understand client needs and the functionality of the GTS module. Define and document business requirements and validate solutions with the client, including AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Work with business users to configure SAP to translate requirements into functional design specifications. Define initial settings, security settings, and reporting options relevant to the module, utilizing expertise to meet export needs using SAP GTS.
• Understand processes, reporting requirements, and user interfaces impacted by GTS. Identify modifications and recommend/apply changes as appropriate.
• Support SAP GTS functions including Compliance Management, Risk Management, Customs Management, and Electronic Compliance. Communicate with technical teams and clients to resolve functional issues.
• Support configuration related to Material Management, Sales, and Distribution to facilitate foreign trade processes.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in ERP business solutions, business analysis, or management analysis.
• Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.
• Ideally SAP Certified or willing to obtain certification.
