Job Summary:

The Senior Expert in Manufacturing and Quality Management plays a key role within the NTT DATA Digital Core Practice. The successful candidate will design and implement SAP solutions, supporting customer engagements and collaborating with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions integrated into SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Support Solution Architects in translating business requirements into Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions, including preparing statements of work and leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
2. Provide thought leadership on Supply Chain strategy, particularly in Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions and roadmaps.
3. Ensure the quality and integrity of solutions as the design authority, aligning with industry best practices.
4. Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, sharing expertise to improve business processes and support business growth opportunities.
5. Possess strong delivery and configuration expertise in Manufacturing and Quality Management processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Effective communicator and influencer, acting as a trusted advisor within the Manufacturing and Quality Management architecture.
2. Proven success in delivering complex SAP projects and solutions in Manufacturing and Quality Management.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders globally, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
4. Demonstrates integrity, resilience, and results-driven behavior, inspiring others through personality and communication.
5. Decisive in complex environments and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Personal Profile – Experience:

1. Over 10 years of professional SAP experience, with at least 6 years in Manufacturing and Quality Management consulting; experience with value-added resellers or software houses is advantageous.
2. Experience in solution design, architecture, and successful delivery across multiple full project lifecycles.
3. Cross-functional knowledge, including core processes in other logistics modules, is desirable.
