SAP Service Management Consultant (FSM)

Contract Duration: 9 Months
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Munich, Germany

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to join our team on a 9-month contract. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP Service Management and FSM solutions, with occasional travel to Munich required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Service Management and FSM solutions.

  • Configure modules such as Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Service Notifications.

  • Integrate FSM with other SAP modules (e.g., CRM, S/4HANA).

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support.

  • Create documentation and training materials for users.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct workshops as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP Service Management and FSM.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Service Management modules and FSM functionality.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and FSM integration.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel to Munich (1-2 times per month).
