Role objectives

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead our multi-cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and Commerce Clouds) Salesforce strategy, implementation, and ecosystem management. This hands-on role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to oversee design, integration, development, deployment and governance of our Salesforce implementation, while complementing the rest of our technology.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Drive multi-cloud Salesforce implementation strategy aligned with business objectives while serving as the main interface between stakeholders and technical teams

• Lead and govern resources during project delivery, managing parallel workstreams and identifying relationships, dependencies, and optimization opportunities

  Architecture & Technical Design

• Design comprehensive Salesforce architecture ensuring scalability, security, privacy, performance, data integrity and maintainability

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys, prototyping, configuration, and testing

• Architect system integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and platform events while establishing coding standards and conducting technical reviews

  Implementation & User Experience

• Hands-on development of declarative automations and programmatic components

• Conduct code and design review, define and enforce coding standards following best practices, oversee the full development lifecycle

• Establish performance monitoring, health checks, and optimizations for the Salesforce environment

• Create comprehensive documentation serving as requirements, specifications, and knowledge base, establishing governance frameworks for sustainable development

• Help define training plans and support procedures, ensuring smooth rollouts and high user adoption

  Experience

• 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role

• Proven experience delivering multi-cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce, Data Clouds preferred)

• Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder

• Expertise in Salesforce DevOps: Gearset, Copado, or similar, and CI/CD pipeline setup

• Strong data integration skills (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and middleware exposure (MuleSoft)

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
